Rebecca Bree ships all items from our boutique in Vancouver using Canada Post within 24-72 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday. If you have special requirements or are shopping with us internationally, please allow a little extra time. Be sure to note any special shipping instructions or contact us after placing your order. We are your personal shoppers and we'll do our best to fulfill special requests.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. We recommend choosing a shipping option that offers tracking.
Delivery times are estimated as an average so there can be additional delays during holidays or if the package is crossing a border. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or assume any responsibility for delivery times as we put our faith in our fabulous shipping partners to get it there.
Rebecca Bree's packages are sent through Canada Post as we find this option to be the least costly, especially when crossing borders. Canada Post will pass the package on to your National Post in whichever country you are ordering from. When a package crosses a border, we have no control over any processing fees, duties or taxes charged by your government and are not responsible for any of these costs.
*For local clients - Customers in Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster and Richmond can receive their order the same day as purchasing using ParcelPal. Customers choosing ParcelPal should note that delivery times are 1 hour. To ensure your order is received and you are not charged additional fees we recommend only selecting ParcelPal if someone will be available to receive it. These guys are fast so be ready when you make your purchase. ParcelPal delivers Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm. Any items purchased after 3:00pm will be delivered the following day. In the case of weekends, the item will be delivered the next business day. Subject to store hours. (Tues-Sat 10-6pm)
We allow exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase in our Vancouver boutique on regular priced items. We do not offer exchanges or store credits on sale items, lingerie, swimwear or accessories.
Online - Canada and USA
We allow exchanges and returns if you have purchased full priced items through our online boutique. We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items. If you have placed an order online and would like an exchange or refund, you must let us know within 72 hours of receiving the package via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you full exchange or return instructions and a Return Authorization number. Packages that are sent COD, or without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. The item being returned must arrive within 14 days after notification, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached. We must be able to sell the item to another lovely customer so please handle with care. Rebecca Bree does not assume any shipping costs or duties on exchanges. Any additional shipping charges incurred when shipping out an exchange will be charged to your credit card and shipped according to your preferred shipping method. We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items, lingerie, swimwear or accessories. All items are carefully checked prior to shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition, but if you notice any damage please contact us right away and send us a photo!
Online - International Shipments
Please select your preferred shipping method when completing your purchase. We recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking. Extra security measures may be required before we ship out your order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer International exchanges or returns at this time, as the shipping and related charges often work out to be more than the cost of the item itself.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Rebecca Bree are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items is passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier, Canada Post. All packages come with up to $100 insurance and Canada Post always does their best to locate any lost shipments. This happens very rarely, but we always recommend you select a shipping option that offers tracking.
